The questions leaders actually ask before we start working together — answered straight.
Our methodology fits two kinds of organizations. The first has already invested in AI and hit friction — stalled rollouts, low adoption, undelivered ROI — and suspects the real reason is human rather than technical. The second is earlier in the journey: leaders who want to align their team and think through how AI integrates into the business strategy before tools get thrown over the wall. What both share is a workforce that's willing but not yet equipped, and leadership that wants to get this right rather than just get it done fast. We focus on mid-market organizations in sectors where institutional knowledge and human judgment are irreplaceable — tech, professional services, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
A 60-minute discovery call — no cost, no pitch. You tell us what's happening in your organization and what you've already tried; we listen and share our honest read, including whether we think we can help. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is. If there's a fit, we co-design the right starting point together. It's a conversation, not a sales process.
We're tool-agnostic and we have no software to sell, so we have no reason to push you toward or away from anything you've already invested in. In most engagements the tools aren't the problem — the organization bought capable technology and adoption still stalled. Our work starts a layer beneath the tooling: how work actually gets done, where the friction and fear live, and where AI genuinely reduces effort versus where it's being forced. We help you get real value from the tools you already own before anyone considers buying more.
Your internal team knows your business better than any outsider ever will — and that's exactly why they're often the wrong ones to run this. AI adoption surfaces uncomfortable truths: which roles are threatened, where leadership isn't aligned, what people actually fear but won't say to someone who signs their reviews. People rarely tell the truth about those things to a colleague who has a stake in the outcome. We work as neutral facilitators with no political position and no future in your org chart, which is what lets the real blockers come to the surface. The goal isn't to replace your team — it's to give them the honest diagnosis and the durable capability to carry the work forward after we're gone.
Engagements are scoped to fit the problem rather than sold as fixed packages, so cost tracks with depth and duration. As a rough map: a Cultural Assessment is a focused 2–3 week diagnostic and the most common starting point; a Leadership Intensive is a two-day facilitated offsite; and a Full Engagement runs 3–5 months through all three phases of the Kinsugi Flow. Most partnerships begin small — a diagnostic or an intensive — so you can see how we work before committing to anything larger. We'll give you a clear scope and number after a discovery conversation, once we understand what you're actually solving for.
That's the outcome we're built to avoid. The final phase of our methodology — Amplification — exists specifically to transfer capability to your team so the change holds without us. Other firms are incentivized to stay; a retainer that never ends is good for them and bad for you. We'd rather leave you with an internal capability framework and a team that can run the next transition themselves. If we've done our job, you need us less over time, not more.
The best answers come from a conversation about your specific situation — no cost, no pitch.
